With a variety of room options, the Ocean Vista appeals to a wide audience. We keep four rooms with shared bath facilities (located over two different floors) for some of our long time guests, while the majority of our rooms now house private baths. The Ocean Vista even offers studios and suites (readily sleeping four or five occupants) for those of you traveling with family or friends.

While a majority of our rooms include mini fridges, there is also a larger refrigerator and microwave located just off the lobby. Feel free to heat up a snack or finish off that excellent dinner from last night.

Regardless of where you lay your head, all guests at the Ocean Vista have access to our huge front porches and that fabulous oceanfront view.

Room rates are based upon a maximum of two occupants (singles, suites & studios excluded). There is a $15 charge for any additional occupants/night.

A two night minimum is required on weekends and on any stay in a studio.

The Ocean Vista has a one week cancelation policy on all regular room reservations; two weeks on Suites and Studios. A mandatory deposit of one night’s stay is required to reserve, as is a valid credit card number.
